If our coaches aren’t still trying to go further themselves on a continual basis, they’re no longer our coaches! Whilst we hold a few individual driver coaching colleagues in the wider industry in high esteem, at The Road to Mastery, quite plainly, we hold a higher definition of excellence than the competition.

Our passion – not only for driving, but also for sharing and teaching – creates the right environment for any ability or character. Drawing on our own evolution along our own journeys helps us to identify with your challenges, fears and desires as well as how to guide you towards your goals. Our team could be considered over-qualified and under-ego’d, choosing to focus on your development rather than celebrating our own achievements.

The Goldmine of Nuance ^TM – After our driving events, you’ll have time to reflect, discuss and refine your understanding of the day’s activity. Then you’ll be ready to dig deeper and give new and improved skills more meaning, clearer context and greater significance. Our Goldmine of Nuance^TM session is unlike anything you’ve witnessed before!

Comfy beds and breakfast – For many of our events you’ll stay the night before to ensure you’re fresh and raring to go in the morning. We all meet for breakfast so you have a chance to meet coaches and other participants as well as discussing what you’d each like to gain from the day ahead.

Great grub and reflection – In the middle of our Performance Road events there’s always somewhere offering good food and a chance to reflect as you discuss what you learned during the morning. Silver and Gold events include the The Goldmine of Nuance ^TM after dinner.

At The Road to Mastery, we provide driver development over the long term. With the exception of our Taster Sessions, you choose a blend of driving events for the upcoming year. With focus on individual disciplines – or a specific mix – join us on our Performance Road, Limit Handling and Circuit Driving events.

During each event you’ll receive coaching and perspective from several industry-leading coaches as well as having the opportunity to discuss what you have learned with other drivers for a much more comprehensive understanding of the topics covered. Of course, you’ll also have plenty of fun and find driving becomes even more pleasurable in the long term.

Beyond varied event menus, we offer different classes of convenience, luxury and exclusivity to punctuate your single or multi-day events.

Our Gold, Silver and Bronze Driver Development Packages give you a choice regarding the quantity of events you’ll attend across the year as well as the quality of food and accommodation.

As you may expect, our Gold packages include great food, superb hotels and priority access to some of our exclusive events. But don’t worry if these don’t suit your budget. We’ve got something for almost everyone committed to developing their driving.

Many will consider our Silver range the sweet spot offering low stress, great grub and plenty of time for reflection and discussion. With a comfortable bed for the night before and after all days of driving, travelling some distance to our events is less of a concern.
